Welcome to Velare Vault. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of your customer account and associated services on the Velare Vault website and app (the "Platform"). By creating or logging into your Velare Vault account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not create or access your account.

1. Your Account

 

a. Account Creation: To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. b. Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any other credentials used to access your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions. You must notify Velare Vault immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Use of Customer Information & Privacy a. Collection and Use of Information: When you create or log in to your account, Velare Vault will collect and use personal and other information as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, contact details, payment information, and details related to your stored vehicles and usage of our services. b. Consent: By using your account, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. c. 3. Your Responsibilities a. Lawful Use: You agree to use your account and the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable Australian laws and regulations. b. Accurate Data: You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide or upload to your account, including vehicle details, contact information, and payment methods. c. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to: * Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts. * Use the Platform for any fraudulent or malicious activity. * Interfere with the proper working of the Platform.

4. Intellectual Property All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Velare Vault or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. Your account access does not grant you any right or license to use any of our intellectual property.

5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Velare Vault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; or (c) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Changes to Terms Velare Vault reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of your account after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Termination Velare Vault may suspend or terminate your account access at its sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New South Wales, Australia, to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.
